Therapy for Anxiety in North Carolina and South Carolina
Online Therapy in North Carolina
You’ve got a steady job, a strong relationship, even interests outside of work. And yet, you might feel like you are constantly juggling. You may find yourself snapping at your partner, grumpy with your kids, irritable at work, or withdrawing from friends. Although on the outside it might look like you have it all together, inside you can feel like everything is falling apart.
Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impacts in multiple areas of your life:
Frequent worry about things that might happen, like losing your job or the illness of a child.
Constant self-doubt and second-guessing your decisions.
Difficulty concentrating at work.
Increased arguments with your family and friends.
You’re ready to find peace.
How therapy for anxiety works
My goal for my clients is for you to have a space where you can be genuinely you. Where you can get the support you need to figure things out. Together, we can find tools and skills that can help you stay calm when life feels overwhelming. Sometimes that can be as simple as having time together where you can vent and scream and cry and cuss without fear of judgment. Other times that may look like making hard decisions. It always looks like working towards helping you find balance and peace.
I truly enjoy helping people find a way to manage all the struggles life is throwing at you. It is an honor to help people get to the place where they can manage the struggles of life without being completely overwhelmed. It can be hard initially to open up to someone and talk about these things, especially when it comes to self-doubt and feelings of worthlessness. That’s why we move at your pace. You get to choose how much you say and when you say it. And know that there truly is no judgment. This is hard, and I commend you for reaching out. Know that it’s worth it.
Therapy for anxiety can help you…
Find balance in life without feeling overwhelmed.
Manage difficult emotions.
Make meaning of your struggles.

After a brief consult to see if we are a good fit, we will schedule an intake session. During that time we will talk about your needs, goals, and what you’re looking to get out of therapy. We will discuss solutions and skills, and sometimes we may have sessions where you “let it all out.” And as hard as it can be, it’s worth it. Learn more.
